After sleeping for 8 hours, our bodies become dehydrated and any toxins from the day before needs to be released from our bodies.
At eatfitters', we have created a rejuvenating drink recipe for your body to help start your day at the right track.
This drink will hydrate your body and flush out the toxins in addition to jump starting your metabolism. As it is your first drink in the morning, we recommend you drink it as fast as possible from the moment you wake up or 15 to 30 minutes before taking your first bite of breakfast.
The eatfitters' rejuvenating drink is made of the following:
- 7 oz of room temperature water.
- ½ fresh squeezed lemons.
- 1 ½ oz EATFIT for Life’s acai/blueberry juice.
- ½ tsp of ground turmeric.
Once you finish your drink in the morning, we strongly recommend eating a healthy breakfast about 15 to 20 minutes after you completed your drink.For this post, we recommend trying out our eatfitters' Breakfast Quesadilla (shown in the image on the left) which is full of flavor to wake you up in the morning.
Our delicious Breakfast Quesadilla is made of a delicious and healthy whole wheat Del Comal tortilla. The stuffing inside the quesadilla itself includes egg beaters, jalapeno for the kick, red pepper, yummy turkey bacon, and topped with some low fast cheddar cheese.
